Black Screen w/audio watch together

I’m using a Samsung Smart TV -or- Windows client
Person joining Watch Together using Windows client

The other person’s machine is the only one having the issue. Black Screen w/audio when using Watch Together. Works fine when watching show by themselves. Only happens when Watching Together.

Scenarios:
I share show/movie, they have black screen w/audio
They share show/movie, they have black screen w/audio
Both machines are on the same network. Ethernet connectivity (1Gb)

When I log their machine into the account through the web (plex.tv) and use the web gui player that way, works fine. Watch Together works without issue.

Changes (black screen w/audio started after this)- Machine (laptop- Dell Precision M6600) had video card failure. Replaced, everything else is working perfectly. NVidia card set as primary card.

Attempts to fix- uninstalled Plex player. Uninstalled Plex Player and deleted registry key under Current User. Still not working. Even after reinstalling client it finds my Plex Server right away, I’m thinking there’s something not being uninstalled- it should ask for credentials for ‘the first time’, right? Is there a way to completely remove the Plex Player (windows) to see if that helps?

Any ideas would be appreciated!

Update: I changed the settings in the Player app. Under Plex for Windows- Player, I changed the Video Playback Quality to Normal Quality (ANGLE Renderer). My other computer doesn’t need that. Not sure why this machine having issues does. I read that this option is not as good as using the OpenGL built into the video card, so if there’s a solution to use that, I’d greatly appreciate the insight! Thanks again!
