Black screen with code is back with 3.98.1 on 2016 Samsung U7000

This happened starting in Feb, but went away for a while. Now with this latest update, it is back. Confirmed that the app still works on Samsung Galaxy S10, Kindle, and MacBook Air.

Same issue here. And when it doesn’t happen, thumbnails will not load. Works fine on every other device I have.

I was able to transcend this problem by deleting and reinstalling Plex on the 2016 Samsung smart TV

same here. When it happens, I would delete the app and reinstall it again. But when you close the TV, same problem appears. What I do is not to exit Plex app.

We’ve been working with Samsung to find the cause of this issue. We’ve released today 3.98.2 that should hopefully address the problem.
