Tonight I discovered that one of my libraries shows nothing. It doesn’t say the content can’t be found, it just spins a circle for a split second and then nothing new appears. There’s just the Go Home button on the top right (doesn’t work though). I can still play the content from said library fine from a playlist or if they’re On Deck or show up as Recently Added however. I can also still access my two other libraries as well. It’s been really annoying and screwed with my night a little.
I’ve tried:
Exiting the app
Logging out and back in
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app
Holding down the power button for 10 seconds so that I could perform a cold boot
Refeshing the library that doesn’t appear
Checking the library database for corruptions (it came up as ‘ok’)
I set my Xbox One app to do logging and have attached my log files in a zip file. Please help me, it feels like something’s messed up.
Hi there. Sorry for the issue you’re experiencing, but we have a server release available that works around the issue. Please update your server to 0.9.12.15 and let us know if that fixes your issue. Thanks.
I’d install that update but I don’t see where I can download it. Plex says I’m up-to-date and this page only reports that I can download up to 0.9.12.14. I am on the Plex Pass update channel.
Speaking with the developers the .15 update was pulled. Unfortunately, at this time I don’t know when the replacement fix is going to be deployed.
My assumption is that it would be shortly after since .15 was pulled, but that is purely speculation on my part. If you’re having issues, currently the best solution is to downgrade to 9.12.13 as dity pointed out.
It works! And other things like Recently Added TV are now updating too. Hopefully new shows will be added to On Deck when I watch them too (was having issues with this on .14 and .13 once I downgraded).
