Unexpected error while navigating to my library

Hi everyone,
I’ve just got a plex pass to get access to the Xbox one app, but I am facing one issue.
When I am trying to access my Library called “TV Shows” Plex loads for like 10 seconds and after that a message pops up saying Error an unexpected error. Now I have a medium/moderate sized library. its has over 1800 files and is around 500 gigs. the Xbox is connected by ethernet and running the NXOE preview.

I also have a shared library with my buddy and he has a smaller library and everything seems to go faster when I am browsing his plex server.
I am not having any speed issues on ios android and the web viewer

Added the log file generated by the plex server.

Hi there. We’re going to push out a server hotfix release for this particular issue until we can get an Xbox One update out with a fix, really sorry about that!

0.9.12.15 just got released. Updating to this version should fix the issue for you.

I’ve been running into a very similar issue. I can pull up and see my friends servers, but my own (DSM 5.1) looks for a bit and then gives “unexpected error, check network connection…” messages. I’ve updated my DSM to the latest release this morning (0.9.12.15.1502-4c0bd91) with no luck. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the reply’s. But it seems that the 0.9.12.15 update does not solve the issue for me. I’ve even tried to reinstall my plex server. but after reinstalling the same error occured when starting the app.

My plex server is also running on a Synology NAS just like echristman.

just updated to Version 0.9.12.15 Up to date and still same thing! can’t even get access to my movies :frowning:

Are you getting the unexpected error?

The issue that was fixed in 9.12.15 had to deal with the library loading, but loading blank because of a bad HUB pull sent from the server.

If you’re seeing a different issue it would be helpful if you could provide logs when attempting to navigate into that library. (Preferably after a server restart to cut down on the amount of stuff in the log) so we can try and see if anything specific is causing it.

Where is the download link for 0.9.12.15? I’m having the same issue but when I go to download the latest Plex Pass version available is 0.9.12.14. It’s also not listed in the Plex archives and as Linux doesn’t have the ability to auto update, makes updating to 0.9.12.15 really difficult.

The update for 9.12.15 was pulled by the developers.

The current best solution to restore functionality of the TV Libraries is to install version 0.9.12.13 as the issue did not crop up until build .14

Hi There, I’m having the same issue but I cant find a link to 0.9.12.13

Little help?

This is where you can find all of the old sever versions:

I see .16 is now up

Preliminary testing for me had my library come up very quickly on .16, instead of not at all. Yay!

A clean installation of plex server 0.9.12.16 seems to have fix the problem!
Everything feels and loads much faster.
