Latest build of plex app and plex sever on shield pro 2019 which is also updated to latest hotfix.
I play an HD video with TrueHD7.1 sound track.
Dolby Atmos works but there is no picture OR the picture will display 30 seconds after the audio has already started, causing huge out of sync.
Same videos are working perfectly with Kodi and ExoPlayer.
Same/similar issue here. I’m seeing this crop up in a couple of threads on the forum, so at least several of us seem to be experiencing this. The common thread seems to be TruHD 7.1 tracks, the Shield Pro 2019, and that the same videos play correctly on other devices.
Here’s hoping that this eventually gets the attention of someone on the Plex side!
