Block user agent or Plex Proxy?

I have a user who shares his account with another person, the other person continues to watch stuff on my plex. I’ve IP banned them via iptables which has resulted in plex routing traffic through a proxy.

How can I either ban the plex user agent, or ban routing content through plex network, banning the user is not in question.

You could install Tautulli (https://tautulli.com) and setup a rule to terminate a stream if this user is streaming from aother location

Stop sharing with the user. Period.
This will teach them to not share their account.
