Blu Ray Rip Direct Playback Stops

Direct Play 1080p video file 25-45Mbps h.264 stream stops playing as soon as it starts. The Roku Ultra uses all the bandwidth on the 100Mbps ethernet connection from my Dual Xeon, Gigabit connected Plex server. Checking the local bandwith usage, the stream hits the 100Mbps ceiling quickly and instead of buffering, just quits and goes back to the menu. I’ve tested the same video over Wifi AC to my iPhone and it works fine, but network usage goes up to over 150Mbps for a few seconds when video begins to play.

I would prefer a few seconds of buffering instead of manually forcing the server to software encode.
