Every time I go to play a video I find the Plex Server offline and have to reboot. So I thought I’d try deleting cache for the server app and uninstalling updates and reinstall updates. Now I seem to have two servers listed with same name and neither will come online. Any suggestions? 
I broke mine in a very similar fashion today. I basically fixed it by completely uninstalling plex + the server from the shield and starting again… Nothing else i tried seemed to work for me.
It’s working again but lost track of what I’ve watched and collections etc which is a pain. Still, most of the work sorting it was putting things in folders so that’s still intact. The old info might still be there though, in the ‘other’ servers that won’t start. Maybe it’s retrievable somehow?
If you find out i’ll be keen to know. I now have 2 “android shield tv” servers (1 of which works still) and 1 localhost server…
I don’t know what happened exactly but it seems like something got pretty badly corrupted. And now… Like you i don’t know how to even remove the ‘other’ servers that i now can’t connect to. In my case this seem to have something to do with removing the USB drive where the server was installed to (i was relocating it) Will be shutting it all off next time i need to do that.
