Broken reproduction

I have some 4k movies that when played in the Plex application on the TV, it looks bad. Sometimes you can see it, but most of the time it brokes.

There is the option to optimize, but it does not reproduce it in hdr.
It only happens in the TV application. In the web browser version and the computer application it looks correctly.
The tv is the LG C2 55".
