Browse By Folder Option Missing

Hi all.
Very puzzling problem here. I have local media content on my Windows based laptop. I want to add a Movies folder on my existing PMS (hosted on a My Cloud Home server). When I go into the My Cloud Home PMS app and press on the “+” sign to add the folder; I choose the type (Movies), but the option to “Browse By Folder” does not appear, so I cannot select the content (which again is on my laptop’s hard drive. I can’t figure out if this is a WD My Cloud Home device or PMS intentional limitation, or if I am doing something wrong.

Can anyone assist?
