Add Folder

Hi please can someone help I just recently moved my server to my “My Cloud Home” since I can have different folders under to movie section like Movies - Comedians. ECT

when I go to try and add the folder the add fold section isn’t there all there is is

there isn’t the add folder section

please help starting to get annoyed

You cannot add folders to libraries using the PMS server on a My Cloud Home. Those folders are wired based on the library media type.

hi thank you so I can’t have a say a movies folder and then a comedians fold and then a concert fold all in the movies folder in my hard drive so then in Plex its just what is in them folders would be in them sections ?

You can, Plex itself supports this model of organizing your libraries. It’s just a limitation of the server implementation on the WD MyCloud Home :frowning:
