I updated my UNRAID server and the plex docker today. I was unable to login to plex.tv from my PC’s, but plex was working on my android phone just fine and could access my account from that logged in session. I rebooted my UNRAID server yet again and now I cannot login using internet explorer so I can actually post something on the forums to get help. I keep getting the error “User could not be authenticated. This IP appears to be having trouble signing in to an account”. I have cleared my history, closed chrome and reopened, and rebooted. Any ideas would be appreciated on any other things to try?
It really stinks that PLEX does not have some sort of support that would ensure issues could be helped with. I can’t login to plex on any pc using chrome. It’s kind of an issue. If anyone could point me to a way to get help from plex on this, that would be appreciated.
Figured it out myself. Ghostery plugin was causing the issue. Uninstalled and everything is working fine.
