The other users of lg televisions or other platforms have no problem.
It is not in all samsung models only in some models (series 6 onwards).

I keep watching and not only happens with Samsung also in high-end LG (model 8500).
The same thing is happening to me, all my clients of samsung series 6 and 7 have buffering problem, I have tried chromecast, roku and Lg connected to the same network and they work perfectly, it means it is not a problem of the internet connection, reading in some forums say that it was solved downgrading the version of Plex media server to 1.16.3.1402, I have not been able to test, but if someone else did it would be good news.
