I have a Nvidia Shield TV Pro (2019). I have been recording TV shows through hdhomerun Quatro. When I playback in Plex app, with the subtitles enabled, I get buffering about every 10 seconds. It’s unwatchable. Turn subtitles off and it plays back flawlessly.
