I just started using the new Plex Movie agent in the new PMS. My preferences are to use rotten tomatoes ratings.
Now, some movies does not have a RT rating, so it gets some other number. Whether that is from IMDB or TMDB I don’t know (there is no setting for that).
But, this somehow interferes with OpenPHT. If I try to apply my own rating (via OpenPHT) to a movie which have been assigned the secondary rating (let’s say 4.3), it seems like it works at first (the number changes to my rating, let’s say 7), but after a few seconds after I re check it, the rating has changed back to 4.3 but it still shows that it is my rating. This causes the movie in all Plex clients to behave as if I rated it a 4.
Is anyone else seeing this?
Also, this has to be specific to OpenPHT because if I rate the 7 on any other Plex client, it stays a 7, and OpenPHT then shows a 7 also. So this only affects when rating from OpenPHT.
