[Bug] Amazon Echo Show song information out of sync

I use Plex daily on various Amazon Echo devices with Alexa voice control. Recently, I’ve also been using it more frequently on my Echo 8 with a display. I’ve noticed that the song information on the screen is no longer working as expected. For example, when I start a playlist, the first song is displayed correctly, but without a progress bar. I believe this worked a few months/years ago. When the next song starts, the song information sometimes freezes and continues to show the first song. The audio stream is fine, though. Then the third song starts, and Plex displays the second one instead. Sometimes the currently playing song is displayed, but then the song information freezes again. It’s unclear when and for how long the song information freezes for different songs, but one thing is certain: this is not the intended behavior. I also tested this in my mother’s apartment with her Echo 8, and the exact same problem occurs there.

Also, if I say “Alexa, stop”, Plex does not close and will be forever stuck on the screen displaying the last played song.

This worked perfectly for years, but the problem started a few months ago. Initially, the error affected all my Echo Show devices (I have several in different versions), but now one Echo Show 5 is back in sync, though my other two Echo Show devices unfortunately aren’t.
