[BUG] Android TV Playlist Not Queuing Correctly

When using Android TV (Nvidia Shield Pro) playlists are not queuing correctly.

  1. Open playlist
  2. Start playing from a song
  3. The songs album is queued

This behaviour on iOS and Web is

  1. Open playlist
  2. Start playing from a song
  3. The playlist is added to the queue from the song you selected onwards.

The behaviour on Android TV is incorrect.

I also note, when starting the playlist from the top play button it queues the whole list. You can then select your song from the queue. But it only queues part of the playlist until you then scroll down, select a song further down the list which it then queues more items. Not ideal if you want to start the playlist from further down.
