Switching subtitles is broken
It’s been pretty much over a year now that subtitles switching is broken and yet no fix has been provided.
- Open a movie/tv-show.
- Go to load subtitles
- Choose from list a subtitle for Plex to download and use
- Now go back to the menu and choose another subtitle to download and use
Result
Plex still uses the previous subtitle
Workaround
Exit the player, reopen the video, load the desired subtitle (first time only works), subsequent changes of subs don’t work.
