I have one major issue which makes the Plex app unusable.
Skipping backwards using the native buttons (i.e. “Left”) on TV remote does not work reliably. Initially it will skip back between 5 and 10 seconds (the amount of skip seems to be random) but then it immediately skips forwards, a random amount between 15 seconds and 2 minutes.
I have not been able to discern a pattern. Sometimes it merely returns to the point where it was when I pressed the “Back” button, other times it will skip forwards quite a long time.
Note that this happens when using the back and forward buttons (“Left” and "Right on the control wheel) on the remote. If instead I
- press the “Up” button on the controller to bring up the time controls
- press “Up” again to focus on the timeline
- press “Left” on the controller to move the timeline cursor back
… then it does not do the random forward skip. But this is rather cumbersome (three button clicks just to backspace 10 seconds).
