[BUG] Can't connect to Plex to authorise a third part app to connect

Today I can’t get Plex to connect to Soundiiz.
I have the Plex autorisation pop-up block on the grey background with the Plex logo

Anyway to go through this?

When accessing through a US-based VPN, it works
