Suddenly can't login to my plex server

Server Version#: 1.40.0.7998
Player Version#: 1.88.1.96-c1c59fc1
Since yesterday I can’t connect login to my plex server.
I can connect to my plex account.
I can login from plexamp with login/password.
But if I try to connect login from the Plex app, or the web app, it redirects me to an empty screen with the plex logo, and nothing happens…

Can you please get into the server and make a tar.gz of the “Logs” directory and then attach that here ?

This type of error usually happens when DNS faults.

I was unaware of that incident but YES, that’s a very likely cause.
