[bug] Equalizer issues

Hi guys,

There is two issues for equalizer :

First revealed by oxjox and confirmed by me too : Cursor control of PlexAmp EQ adjustments are offset

And the second, is when the equalizer is ON, quit the plexamp and launch it again, the equalizer is ON on the application but the effects are not set.

I have to switch ON/OFF/ON to have the equalizer setted again.
