Equalizer Adjustments Not Showing in UI, but reflecting in sound

Am on the latest Plexamp V 4.0.0. When adjusting the equalizer the UI on bands doesn’t change, but the amp numbers on each bar reflect the change. See below:

Is there a way to force updating to v4.01 on my Android phone? Can’t see the update.
