EQ adjustment knobs are randomly unresponsive in Plexamp

When trying to adjust the EQ in Plexamp, I am having problems dragging the circles to adjust the EQ levels. They seem to be working some of the time. Trying to click on some of the circles won’t move them at all. It seems to randomly work.

This is in Plexamp 3.1.0 and Windows 10 2004 update.

Try tapping a little below or above of the circles.
