I just noticed this was happening. When I sort by unplayed or all, I think the filters need to be switched. Notice the number of items is higher with unplayed items than it is with all. See screenshots
Do you have quite a few collections?
If there are many which hide their members from the regular library, they will reduce the number of items when looking at the unfiltered library.
Once you activate the ‘unplayed’ filter, these items are suddenly counted in.
I mean. I think I might have quite a few collections. I noticed it specifically whenever I was on my daughters kid account where I have her restricted to only certain ratings. Specifically one movie she has watched a ton is Toy Story. It doesn’t show up under all. But it shows up under unplayed. I know for a fact she has watched this because I can quote all three movies verbatim. This is a restricted home user that I’m referring to. But I’ve also noticed it on my unrestricted user account that is the admin. I’ll try and grab a few screenshots of the issue I’m experiencing. I’ll grab them on mobile and desktop and post them here. I’ll try and do the Toy Story example
