Sync a video, then go into Downloads and into the library of the video just synced. Select the “…” and “pin to sidebar”. Now go to Home and it will say nothing available from pinned sources.
Anyone? Am I in the right place/tags? @anon18523487 ?
It’s working for me. What version of the app do you have? Also, have you tried closing the app and reopening, maybe it’s a cache issue?
On my iPad, I’m running version 7.24.1
I’ve reset the cache and closed and re-opened…still happening.
Just to confirm the behaviour:
- This is all while connected to wifi and to my Plex server
- Home screen starts off properly showing rows of movies and episodes (continue watching, recently added, etc)
- Go into “Downloads” (I’ve switched from the old sync functionality, but it was happening there as well)
- Select Libraries and then “TV Shows” (one of my libraries with downloaded content)
- Select the “…” and “Pin to sidebar”
- Go back to Home Screen and see that it now says “No Content from your Pinned Sources” (sometimes it will briefly flash the content but then it goes away)
I’ve attached a screen recording of it happening on my Ipad, and can confirm that the same happens on my iPhone (running the same 7.24.1 version):
