I have some issues with some Videos and Pictures date in the timeline view
Some videos and picture are group with the “01/01/1970” date… as you can see. The good date should be “2017-06-17”

The new build of the Plex Server appears to have a fix related to this.
No still same issues 
Did you re-scan the library files after installing the new build? If you did, and it still isn’t correct, you may need to perform the ‘Plex Dance’ (a workaround for an extraordinarily long-standing bug in Plex) with the folder containing the videos.

i did the plex dance but no luck …
1/ change the folder name
2/ refresh library ( in french it’s “scanner la bibliothèque” )
2/ Clean bundle
3/ re-change the folder name
4/ refresh library
And i still have 50 video flag as 1970 …

I have to remove the library, clean and readd it. (with the last plex media server that fix the issues ) After that plex dance no more 1970.
I realise that some home video have wrong date. ( i re-encoded them). To fix it :
1/ mv /path/to/video /path/to/video_renamed
2/ touch -t 201706241510 “/path/to/video_renamed”
scan the library and it’s fixed !
plex dance is a very annoying bug !!!
Just to be clear, plex dance is not the bug - it’s the workaround to the bug. The bug is that Plex’s Refresh Metadata command doesn’t do what it’s supposed to.
Anyway, glad you got things working.
