I contacted plex support, and they told me to go to the forums for assistance. I have attempted this, and am still having issues.
I need technical support from plex staff.

They haven’t been on the forums to even acknowledge the issue much less offer assistance.
Nope.
What is your issue? I’m not an employee but will try to help.
If the user is using a ROKU player, it’s BROKEN! The new app has destroyed it.
It’s broken. Does not work. The issue isn’t fixable by non-Plex coders.
True, but without explaining your specific issues, nothing will get fixed.
At least for me, the app does work. There are some navigating glitches but my videos do play which is the most important part.
The UI doesn’t work. Is that explanation enough?
My biggest issue is that libraries don’t remain favorited (a problem I also reported in the iOS build), the remote randomly stops working and sections randomly appear and disappear from home. The extra clicks to do anything in the UI is also a very big problem for me.
Do they randomly change or they don’t save after you favorite them?
They don’t save after I favorite them. The Home Screen is entirely random as to what it shows or if it shows anything at all.
@jason.benze Can you please try restarting the app if you have not. This is done from the Roku Home Screen when Plex is focused hit the star *
button on the remote and choose Restart
I’m sorry it is not. we need details
The UI becomes unresponsive. When playing videos, you can’t pause, ff, rewind, etc.. Hitting the back button doesn’t even take you out of the video. You have to use the Home button, then you have to reload the Plex app. Look at literally EVERY post in your forums for more info.
I find it impossible you all actually tested anything before hitting update. As soon as you get into Plex is when you start having issues.
Stop acting oblivious to the issues and do your own work.
@cybordemon please try restarting the app as I described in previous post.
Restarted. Rebooted. Uninstalled/reinstalled. What more do you need to know? LOOK AT THE FORUMS
Details from you like your Roku model number. Specific things you ( not someome else) are trying to do and what happens when you try to do them
Putting things in caps unfortunately does not provide any useful info I can pass along to developers.
ROKU EXPRESS 4K AND ROKU ULTRA 4K
Do those caps help the devlopers?
Do you have Spring Loading enabled in app Settings>Experience>Enable Spring Loading
I’ll check that and get back to you.
No, restarting it and reinstalling it does nothing. I still can’t favorite libraries. Can you please point me to the documentation for this change while I have you, I can’t seem to find the updated version on the site.
