after update from 1.21.3.4046 to 1.21.4.4079 I lost more than 50% of tv show to continue “on deck”, i check manually on “watched” the seasons and even this doesn´t work, i revert to a previous snapshot to back to previous version.
after some days I update from 1.21.3.4046 to 1.22.0.4163 (latest version) and this bug continues
note, the bug only appear after reboot server, with fresh version install doesn´t appear
May or may not be related but there is a bug with the new experimental features which limits the On Deck/Continue Watching to 6 items via the web client.
Do you have that enabled in your account settings on your server ?
Might be worth enabling and then disabling again to see if it helps. Do a PMS restart between changes just to be safe and ensure the setting change sticks.

I enabled it → reboot server → still less items on deck

Pity, lets see if anyone else has any ideas. Are you seeing any errors in your plex logs or are they clean ?
all clean, the most strange is that seasons are correctly marked as watched if I enter in it
