[BUG] - Live TV/DVR chase play no longer working

For some time now, I’ve not been able to chase-play a LiveTV session that’s being recorded. By chase-play, I mean to play it from the start while it’s recording.

I can select “Play from start” - but it just plays from the current position.

I’m assuming this is a server bug, since it happens with both the Samsung TV Plex app and the Nvidia Shield TV Plex app.

Same issue here.

However, it does work on iOS, just not on Android

I’m having the same issue on my Nvidia Shield and my Galaxy note 9. But playback works fine on both of the rokus that I have. It seems to be a Android issue. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions they would be much appreciated.
