I just installed the latest PMS v1.9.6.4401. I don’t know if this issue is a PMS problem. I tried to start live TV on some of my channels (haven’t done that in a while). Most the my channels show teletext. I tired on Plex for iOS (11 - video below) and PlexWeb (hosted). Both have the same problem.
Update #1: I tried to make a recording and copy the TS (from the .grab folder) to my local machine. When played in PlexWeb or VLC there are no teletext. Update #2: I have made a 20 sec. recording directly from HDHomeRun and moved it to DropBox (link). When the MPEG is played in PlexWeb - teletext is visible.

I just wanted to give some feedback on the Live TV Roku , i noticed it was on the main Plex website as News so i thought i would give it a try.
I am in the UK and use a HDHomerun DVB-T tuners, the Roku Channel update is fantastic, it works really well and Live TV works very well,
My question is when playing Live TV the Broadcast Subtitles show all the time (the subtitles in the Black box) there seems to be no way turn them off, even looking in the settings, but as i said this is some feedback and it looks great and works very well, and its nice to be able to use my tuners in the Plex.
(i have been using the HDHR viewer Channel app with a lot of success on my Roku’s and i am able to turn off the subtitles that are broadcast in the Black boxes) so am not to sure what is missing from the official Plex Live TV for Roku update.
Guess i should have checked existing report for “teletext” instead of “tele-text” …
