[BUG] Multi-Episodes in Single file not working as intended - Android TV

Server version: 1.23.3.4707
Client version: 8.22.0.27533

Multi-Episode files do not seem to work as intended on the Android client - even when the files are named correctly, etc. My understanding is that the second episode should be marked as watched and the client will “skip over” that second episode and play the next one(episode 3 in the example below.)

Ex - Double episode of Season 4 Episode 1 & 2 of The Office.

Here is how I have my files named:
Filename: The Office (US) - S04E01-E02 - Fun Run.mkv

This works correctly on other clients, such as app.plex.tv & windows Plex.

Here are client logs from the Shield when this fails.

It is a known issue we are looking into among other playback issues on Android.

Thanks @BigWheel. Are we looking at weeks? Months? Years? Kinda disappointing to see these bugs reported as far back as 2 years ago.

i can’t give any ETA or say which order they are being looked into. There are quite a few of them and afaik they are being tackled as quickly as they can.

This looks to be fixed in the latest beta - 8.27.0.29494-beta - I have sideloaded the APK and am testing now. Seems to be working well.
