After updating Artist pages on Musicbrainz, I been waiting for it to be reflected on Plex. There are pages I updated 3 weeks ago that never updated no matter how many times I Refreshed the Metadata for the whole music library or the artist page. Today I tried refreshing the metadata for the individual albums and that actually updated the data for each album. I include my logs. I have video that demonstrates exactly what I mean.

Can I please get some support on this. I am doing what I am suppose to do to get support, or should this be in a different sub forum?
To investigate I would need to have and identify times within the logs covering the actions that did not work and the ones that did work together with details of the artist and albums and media info xml for a track from one of the albums so that I can see the plex identifiers for the media
Also details of what metadata changes were applied and expected to have come through
What I understand you are saying as being the issue:
- Metadata Refresh for all library contents is not picking up the updated data
- Metadata Refresh for the artist s not picking up the updated data
- Metadata Refresh for the album is picking updated the data
So to investigate I need debug server logs covering the 3 actions above
Can you help me work out what the provided logs covered
What I can see in the logs provided is the following
A refresh of the music library at 14:43 on the 18th - was this before or after the individual alum refresh which resolved the issue?
Would help if I know the sequence and times and what the artist and albums were and what time the updated metadata was picked up
