Problem with Plex :No bulk metadata refresh

Player Version#: Version 4.67.1

When I try to refresh all the metadata in my music library, with the latest version from Plex agency, it doesn’t work. It does not tidy up artist albums, singles and EPs, and does not update album art. Could you help me find out why?
