Hmmm . . .I’m seeing the same thing and it’s probably not a bug but an issue with the Epg.
Here’s what I do to solve the issue - check to see if you have the show set to HD Only resolution in the advanced options (like I did).
I just changed mine to be any resolution but limited it to the HD channel and it’s now picking it up.
When looking into this I clicked on the show and it showed HD only . . . usually I force a refresh of the EPG to take care of this issue, but I think going forward that instead of changing the resolution that I’m going to limit the channel.
I used to hit this a bunch but that was early one and I haven’t hit this in weeks as far as I know . . .

I do all of my recordings with New and Repeat airings so I record everything. If an episode already exists in my library Plex ignores the airing.
It really should be the default. A lot of posts/threads could have been eliminated if it was.
I do the same - new and repeat. But since the show wasn’t tagged with HD - it wasn’t scheduled. That’s why I am going to switch away from choosing the resolution to choosing the HD channel
@EABenton that would probably be better. I personally leave the limit to channel and resolution options set to any. But I am trying to grab all episodes of shows the wife and I watch. Some older shows are only SD. I do have the option to replace lower resolution recordings selected. Have had several episodes that I already had recorded get replaced by new recordings because I had an SD version that was replaced with a HD version.
