So there are actually two problems included in this logs:
1.: When connected to WIFI (or any internet connection) the plex android app often is not able to play or even show any downloads. On this occasion, I had the app playing some downloads while not connected to WIFI. I also forbid the app via the android system settings to use any mobile data, so it normally is offline when the device is not connected to WIFI. While playing (around 7:30 or 7:35 timestamp) I switched on WIFI. Plex then finished playing the current song and then stopped playing. It was not able to start any further playing of downloaded music.
2.: I then had to close the app, deactivate WIFI and start the app again. But when I then navigated to Downloads, it showed them, but when trying to shuffle a playlist, it will just say “Not able to play”. Multiple tries won’t work either. I also tried to restart the app completely multiple times. I had to go to the app system settings in android settings, force the app to stop and then try again. Then it finally worked. I have this second issue very often when I try to play downloaded files and it makes it very frustrating to use the app.
Please fix those both issues as fast as you can. Those are really major issue with a major feature.
Unfortunately, I can only provide the single log files like this because there is a file limit of 8MB for uploads on this forum and the zips the app provides are mostly bigger than that.
