Same issue here - going to guess it’s a memory issue since it doesn’t happen on PC. Rebooting your device can help a little, so it’s not happening right away, which is another reason why I’m assuming memory related.
The lack of any thoughts from Plex is annoying. If it’s a hardware issue, just say so, and how much memory is needed - or give an estimate of the ram you need for your device based on how many movies you have, etc.
