[Bug]: Plex android tv latest beta version pre-roll trailers freeze and stop video from playing

Hi

I have installed the latest plex server and latest android tv beta and when my pre-roll play it hang and make my video freeze and stop immediatly. The only way to play the movie is to skip the pre-roll.
I tested with the plex payer in apple tv, windows and ios and all play fine.

Same thing here. Tested this morning.

I am using the Plex Android app version 8.12.4.22902 on my Hisense Q8G. The app refuses to play content if have any pre-roll setup. If I remove all pre-roll clips from the Extra settings on PMS then everything seems to be working just fine. No problem playing anything on android phone and other non-android Plex player apps.

Issue persists with Beta version 18.13.1.23036

Broken again with 8.17.0.24742-beta
And movie freeze

Worked well with 8.16.0.24371-beta

Ok found the problem when the refresh rate is turn on in settings the video freeze and stutter .
I don’t know why ?
When the refresh rate is turn off it plays flawlessly.
