It’s not a different issue exactly. My issue started because Samsung went through an update and deleted a few apps, including Plex. When I have tried reinstalling the app, I no longer have an ability to access the Plex library via the TV and app.
What are my options for a Plex TV app if the one you are referring to has been discontinued.
If your Plex App is present on your Sammy, then yes…Different issue!

Used Plex fine on a Samsung TV on the 07/04/19 then on the 08/04/19 I got a message when trying to start the app " This app has been terminated by Samsung", Its still in the Apps store but you get the same message when trying to install it again.
Has Samsung stopped allowing Plex for some reason now
