I have 2 Samsung TVs and as of a couple weeks ago, neither one is able to connect to the servers on the Plex app. It works on my phone and tablets in the house so I know it’s not my wifi. It’s something specific to the TV. Anyone else having this issue or know how to fix it?
I am exactly like you, it does not work for me on any Samsung Smart TV, I have the server installed in a Qnap for a year and now it does not let me access the TV interface.

Since like 5-6 days the app stopped loading.
I reinstalled the app and now the app is starting but I cannot login - when trying to, it immidiately says “Login Failed” without even prompting for anything.
The smart hub app is not (and has never been) an officially supported app – it may be time to buy a Roku or similar because eventually, things will change enough that older, unsupported clients will stop working.
In the same boat here. The same thing happened about a year ago, and I believe it was fixed with a server patch. Hopefully that comes through again - I love the ease of using the smart features and only 1 remote!
