If Plex Downloads on your Android device has been configured to download a TV Show, and it then downloads the episodes, then you go back and edit one of those episodes on the server (e.g. to remove commercials or change the video container or codec) and rescan the library, Plex Downloads on the mobile device does not recognize the change to the item on the server and does not remove the old copy and download the new version of the item. You are just stuck with the downloaded, old copy of the item.
