BUG plex media server not accessible

There must be a bug because i either can’t access Plex locally only through Plex.tv.

Can't access Plex Media Server on local IP-adress. Only with Plex.tv

Server Version#: 1.41.7.9799 Player Version#: <If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled> I haven’t changed anything. I updated PMS and after a reboot I get 400 Bad request in webb browser. Remote access works fine. All my clients can access. It’s just when I try to access from the Docker container.
