[BUG] Plex Movie Scanner - Rotten Tomatoes Rating Incorrect

I am using the new Plex Movie agent and have selected Rotten Tomatoes as the source for ratings, however certain films have incorrect ratings pulled and/or don’t have both ratings pulled (audience & critic.)

A few examples can be seen in the screenshot below:

All movies shown except for the John Mulaney standup have different ratings on Rotten Tomatoes.

Incredibles 2:

Police Academy:

Star Trek Beyond:

I have refreshed all Metadata on the whole library, as well as the individual titles, but the incorrect ratings persist. I have also switched the ratings source to IMDB, refreshed the metadata on a title (Incredibles 2) - the IMDB rating is pulled correctly, I switch the ratings source back to RT, refresh metadata again and the incorrect(and incomplete) rating is pulled once again.

It seems this was reported previously in Incorrect Rotten Tomatoes Ratings but it doesn’t seem like there is any response/progress/acknowledgment of the issue.

Interestingly enough, I don’t have the issues with the movies listed in that thread.

I have attached my logs from when I just did this with Incredibles 2.

Thanks for the info!

We already have an internal issue open for this, it’s fallen behind a lot of other high priority tasks though so I can’t tell you exactly when it’ll be fixed but we are aware of it.

If you find other examples please add them here.
