[BUG] Plex on Shield 2019 Pro transcodes video ONLY when starting video from post-play

This is a weird bug that I only just started noticing. Normally the Shield app direct plays 99% of the stuff I throw at it, but today I noticed (via Tautulli) that an TV episode was transcoding for no apparent reason. Quality is always set to Original. Tautulli was reporting the video stream transcoding (HW) 1080p > 1080p, the audio direct streaming, (AC3) and the SRT subtitles burning. I stopped the video and re-started it, and boom–Direct Play. I had no idea why it did that, but I figured it was a glitch. After the episode ended, I got the post-play screen with the 10 second countdown. I pressed OK to start the next episode, and that is when I noticed the transcoding again!

Something is causing the Plex app to transcode the video for no reason at all, but ONLY when starting the video from the post-play screen. Would posting logs help or is this enough info to go by to perhaps reproduce the issue. Anyone else see this?

Attached is Shield 2019 log (starting right after the post-play screen). Looks like it is falling back to transcoding after a couple player errors. I can also upload the log from a normal start that shows the Direct Play. Let me know if this is enough. Thanks!
