[BUG] Podcast not resuming from last spot Beta 7.18.0.11113

This “BUG” was also on the last Beta, but I wanted to wait to see if the update last night fixed it.
It didn’t :unamused:

Here is the problem…

  1. I open the player, go back to home screen (being outside the home seems to always want this step :thinking:)
  2. Close down the minimized player (because that hasn’t worked to resume a podcast or music from the last spot in a long while)
  3. Go back to podcasts
  4. Open the last podcast I listened to
  5. Pop-up asks “Resume from ?:??” or "Start from beginning?)
  6. I choose “Resume from ?:??”
  7. It starts from the beginning anyway!

    (I would have screen recorded this but I can never get it to upload here when I do, without spending 30 min compressing it)

Why does the Betas always seem to take 3 steps back after a single step forward? I understand I signed up for this, but it seems the more advanced Plex gets we lose something that was working flawlessly before.
