Bug report? Subtitles always default play the English one, have to manually change it while the movie is playing

This feels like a bug. I will explain my settings and the behaviour I experienced below.

This is my settings in the language tab, my preferred subtitle language is Chinese and I set it to be always enabled.

In the movie overview page it correctly identified a Chinese subtitle file and automatically selected it.

However when I play the movie it always by default show subtitles in English even though Chinese is the one selected.

I have to toggle the subtitle on and off (or switch to another language and then back to Chinese) to make it properly show the Chinese subtitles.

This only happens to me on the Plex for windows app, and (I think) only with external subtitles. Plex web works properly, so I suspect this should be a bug on the plex for windows app.
