i use smart playlists to combine multiple tv shows (unseen eps only) into a watchable sequence of tv shows.
the runtime of the smart playlist is computed correctly when created or opened with plex/web.
viewing eps from this playlist does not change the rest of the runtime (on any given client app) i could try. only chance to update to see the remaining time is to navigate to the list using plex/web to see what ep’s are still in the list. this immediately updates the remaining time.
