The file names in your screenshot are abbreviated.
Please show the complete file names.
Please do also show the complete folder structure where they are stored in.
Always include the release (year) of s01e01 in the series folder name, as detailed in https://support.plex.tv/articles/naming-and-organizing-your-tv-show-files/
Try this, then perform a Plex Dance with the whole show.
P.S. I hope you added only the folder TV to the Plex library, and not each series folder individually.
One side note… Plex can pick those extras up as local extras of each episode. However you’ll have to adjust the names to comply with the official naming schema:
If your episode file is named
The Pitt (2025)_S02E01_7_00 A_M_.mkv
… make sure the extra‘s base name matches that of the episode.

In this case, this is probably extras you want to organize on the season level. For that, naming is a bit easier. You can e.g. just place the file in an extra subfolder:

As an FYI the first time I made the changes and did the dance, I still had the same issues. Not sure why but when I changed the file format from MKV to MP4 the problem resolved itself

This means most likely you did not perform the Plex Dance correctly. Either you executed the steps in the wrong order, or you omitted a step.
