Server Version#: 1.18.2.2029 on Windows 10
Player Version#: N/A
I went to my sharing settings in both the Mac Plex app and on web tried to access the restrictions tab for a specific user’s sharing settings. Plex says I need a plex pass, but I have had one for years. I also immediately went to my account to make sure it is still active and it is. This seems to be a bug.
I’m also getting this with version 1.18.2.2041 on the plexinc/pms-docker:plexpass docker image. I’m using the app.plex.tv web interface and see it also affects the manage users interface, so I think this may actually be an issue with the main site rather than (or in addition to) individual servers.
On the manage users interface, it manifests itself as an inability to add additional home users.
I’m getting the same notice in the sharing tab, despite trying different browsers. My pass is good through April 2020. I’m also frequently getting stuck in an authentication loop in which I’m being asked to login after keying in my PIN and then entering the PIN and being asked to login again. etc. I updated to the latest server last night, so it could be a permissions issue in the latest release.
Same here. Lifetime Plex Pass that I’ve had for a few years. Seems like this was fine yesterday, but suddenly today, I can’t even view, let alone edit, any of the restrictions.
