All of a sudden font size on buttons have gone really large. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it’s still the same? Seems almost like a CSS issue.
This is on Android, latest app version, running on a formuler TV box into an LG.
I have the exact same issue. Also using a tv box, a chinese X96 max+ one to be precise.
I’m using the beta version, tried reverting to the regular but no luck there.

Android app running on A95x F3 connected to a panasonic 50EX750.
Reinstalled Windows on my media pc and installed latest plex media server on it and now seeing giant button font on the tv.
All looks normal on plex on the windows 10 pc.
Do y’all know what version number of Android is on those devices?
It’s android 9 in my case. Seems like it didn’t get much updates recently though.
Plex looks fine in the browser, on the iphone etc. It’s just on the tv so I think it’s a safe bet to say it’s the android tv version, at least in combo with the android version I’m stuck on.

Not sure if it matters but I have 2 separate boxes, one on a 1080p TV and one on a 4K TV. Issue only appears on the 4K TV. Same app version for both.
Having the exact same issue on my Amazon-special KH3 Android 10 TV box running Plex app version 8.23.1.28053 like the fellow above. Problem just popped up a few days ago. Very annoying.
8.24.0.28335 (493cab20) is my version.
To be clear: it’s running on one of those chinese tv boxes that are probably not pure android tv. Everything is working nicely, it’s in tv mode and that’s looking good except for the large font
I have the same problem, running a Philips Picopix Max projector (android 9). Plex version 8.23.1.28053 (f4932f7a). Please fix this, it looks horrible. Plus, when I try to select one of the buttons (play, keep watching, etc) it only shows a big white rectangle covering all buttons…
Also, it does not play the theme music of TV shows anymore!
